Baggage irregularities

If there is damage to your baggage or it cannot be located (including missing contents), please go immediately to the desk in the arrivals hall. Once there, you will have to complete a PIR form (Property Irregularity Report).

We will do everything we can to locate your lost baggage and return it to you as quickly as possible.

Please always indicate your name and full postal address, phone number and email address. To manage the incident, we will also need the PIR (Property Irregularity Report) reference number.

All baggage (including hand baggage) must be properly identified with your name, phone number, home address and destination.

If you forget to take something off a plane belonging to Evelop , go to the lost property desk at the arrival airport.
